When people come to Green Valley for the first time, they are always amazed at how lovely, green, and well-maintained it is. The homes here are as varied as the people who live in them. We have a variety of sizes, prices and ages. Many of our homes are situated to having marvelous views of the valley and/or mountains that surround Green Valley.
Green Valley is age-restricted to one member of the house being 55 or older and no one under 18 living in the home. However, there are parts of Green Valley and the surrounding area that are quite nice for those who cannot meet these guidelines. We have many new subdivisions where you can have the home of your dreams built. Prices for homes in the area range from less than $100,000 to a Million or more. The average is around $120,000.
